CNC cutting + Edge polishing cast acrylic sheet, glitter acrylic sheet for Canada customer !

Recently we got a order of cutting acrylic sheet from one of our Canada distributor, products including clear acrylic, solid color acrylic, glitter acrylic, macaron/pastel acrylic, iridescent acrylic , frosted acrylic and mirror acrylic sheet.

All are 3mm thick. They require to use laser cutting or CNC cutting + edge polishing the cut to size acrylic sheet. Cutting sizes including 12’’x12’’, 12’’x18’’, 12’’x36’’, 12’’x20’’, 18’’x24’ and 12’’x36’’.

We made a most economical cutting proposal for them and got highly appreciation from them.

We also suggested them to choose CNC cutting + Edge polishing method which will save time and have better edge effect, more smooth.

We produced 1000pcs of 48’’x96’’x1/8’’ (1220x2440x3mm) various types of acrylic sheet, and then cutting them to required sizes. Which takes about 20 working days to finish production.

Then we packed them on to 10 strong pallet boxes, ready to ship to Toronto in Canada.
