Alands, a professional manufacturer and exporter of plastic products, has successfully completed the production and quality inspection of thick acrylic sheets customized for our Bahrain client. At present, these sheets are neatly stacked in our dedicated area, resting and awaiting the next stage of the packaging process. Through on-site management and strict procedures, we ensure that all sheets remain in perfect condition before packing, loading and shipping.

• Neatly Stacked: Each sheet is already covered with protective film and separated with spacers to prevent scratches, warping, and pressure marks.

• Quality Checks Completed: Dimensions, thickness, light transmittance, and surface appearance have passed inspection and been recorded in the outgoing quality report.

• Pending Packaging: Palletizing, corner protection, stretch-wrapping, strapping, labeling and packing lists will be carried out as the next step.

• Safe Storage: Stored in a clean, dry environment to protect the material before shipment.

Packaging and Shipment Plan

Standard packaging steps include: pallet lining → stacking with anti-slip spacers → corner protection → stretch film and strapping → optional external film or wooden frame → labeling and packing list → loading and dispatch. This process ensures that the acrylic sheets arrive at the client’s destination in perfect condition after long-distance transport.
