Alands acrylic sheets have passed ECM Attestation under EN ISO 7823-2:2021 standards and CTI laboratory testing for optical and physical properties.

Production Process

Our acrylic sheets are produced through a precision-casting process:

1. Pre-polymerization of MMA monomer in a reaction vessel

2. Controlled casting and temperature curing

3. High-temperature shaping and cooling

4. Demolding, surface inspection, and packaging

They use UV-stabilized raw material to resist yellowing under sunlight, suitable for outdoor projects.
Please note that UV-resistant sheets require customization and are not standard stock items.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity is 1000 kilograms, which can include mixed colors or thicknesses within the same shipment.
