  • Protective Film: Many acrylic sheets come with a protective film. After cutting, remember to remove the film to keep the sheet clean and shiny.

  • Incomplete Cutting: If the laser does not cut through the acrylic fully, check if the laser power is sufficient. You may need to slow down the cutting speed or increase the laser intensity.
